Our main goal is doing things differently, with a vision of focus squarely on quality control in our cupping labs, meticulous roasting profiles and well-known barista training.
We roast on demand. Fresh roasted coffee is vastly superior in flavor and aroma. Your odds of finding freshly roasted coffee in the supermarket are next to zero. While grocery store brands typically have a “best by” date that extends 6 months or more from the roast date, we think that coffee tastes best when FRESHLY ROASTED.
Baristas matter. It’s a basic fact of coffee, yet so often overlooked: premium beans become a world-class drink in the hands of a skilled barista. From farmer to consumer, baristas make the final connection. We are very fortunate to have with us the Colombia Barista Latte Champion, and we know that our espresso depend totally on our barista outfit. Coffee is an educational journey.
